A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
- Lead and supervise daily landscape and lawn maintenance operations
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and general grounds maintenance using motorized equipment and hand tools
- Prune shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants to maintain healthy and aesthetically pleasing landscapes
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure properties meet company standards
- Load, unload, and properly organize equipment, tools, and materials in trucks and trailers
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely and responsibly
- Train, guide, and support crew members while promoting safety, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance Technician, or similar role (at least 2 years)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance practices, and equipment operation
- Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, humidity, seasonal changes)
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
