Job description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team. This is a full-time leadership position offering competitive pay, weekly performance incentives, and the opportunity for a base pay increase based on demonstrated leadership, reliability & efficiency.

As a Foreman, you will play a key role in leading daily lawn and landscape maintenance operations while upholding our company’s quality standards and professionalism on every property.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You must have strong leadership skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead by example in the field.

A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily landscape and lawn maintenance operations
Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and general grounds maintenance using motorized equipment and hand tools
Prune shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants to maintain healthy and aesthetically pleasing landscapes
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure properties meet company standards
Load, unload, and properly organize equipment, tools, and materials in trucks and trailers
Drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites safely and responsibly
Train, guide, and support crew members while promoting safety, efficiency, and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements

Previous experience as a Landscape Foreman, Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance Technician, or similar role (at least 2 years)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required
Valid driver’s license (required)
Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance practices, and equipment operation
Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions (heat, humidity, seasonal changes)
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
