- Lead and supervise a crew performing routine landscape maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and basic plant care
- Ensure all properties are serviced according to company standards and schedules
- Inspect work on-site to maintain quality control and address any deficiencies immediately
- Communicate daily job plans, route changes, and expectations to crew members
- Maintain positive communication with clients when needed while on-site
- Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and responsibly
- Complete job notes, report issues, and communicate with the office regarding property conditions, damages, or client concerns
- Ensure all equipment is loaded, secured, and accounted for at the start and end of each day
- Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and proper use of PPE
- MUST POSSESS a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility)
- BILINGUAL - English/Spanish
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
- Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment (zero-turn mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions year-round
- Basic knowledge of plant identification and care is a plus
